Russell Reiner


Russ Reiner is a founding partner at Reiner, Slaughter & Frankel, LLP. He is considered one of the best personal injury lawyers in California. Russ’ distinguished career in product liability law in areas of rollover accidents, vehicle crashworthiness and safety, and defective medical devices have gained him 

national recognition.

Robert W. Jackson


Robert is a trial lawyer and founding partner of Jackson & Parkinson Trial Lawyers.  Over the past 28 years, Robert has represented thousands of individuals, families, and small businesses in their fight for justice.  Robert has tried over 80 jury trials and mediated/arbitrated hundreds more cases.  

Robert has served as lead or liaison counsel

Eric J. Ratinoff


Eric is the founder of Eric Ratinoff Law Corp. During his over 25 years in practice, Eric has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of plaintiffs throughout California, and personally represented hundreds of families and
business owners who suffered from losses
resulting from the 2015 Butte Fire. 


A faculty teacher at Spence Trial Lawyers College, Eric teaches trial lawyers from all over the country how to improve their trial skills.

Todd E. Slaughter


Todd E. Slaughter is a partner at Reiner, Slaughter & Frankel, LLP.  He is an accomplished trial attorney in a wide variety of fields, including auto accidents, trucking accidents, construction accidents, dangerous products, involving spinal injury, brain injury, burn injury, motorcycle accident laywers and wrongful death.

He has successfully represented clients against the nation’s leading insurance companies, corporations and public entities. Todd is rated an “A” lawyer, the highest ranking an attorney can obtain, by the nation’s leading organization that ranks attorneys throughout the United States, Martindale Hubbell. Richard Frankel


Richard Frankel is a partner at Reiner, Slaughter & Frankel, LLP. Following law school, Mr. Frankel worked with legendary trial attorney Dick Miller for 12 years. Richard worked on the  
Exxon Valdez oil spill.

Mr. Frankel has obtained multimillion-dollar recoveries for numerous individuals who have suffered personal injuries. He has handled over a dozen appeals in the Fifth Circuit, the Texas Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court and has won all but one. For the past 15 years Richard has been a partner in the law firm Hackerman & Frankel that specialized in representing victims of fraud, with major cases in California, New York, Colorado and Texas.

Mr. Frankel represented several hundred former patients of the country’s 2nd largest hospital chain who were locked in psychiatric hospitals without cause to capture their insurance money. The case settled for approximately $100 million.

Mr. Frankel worked with Russ Reiner and his firm representing hundreds of patients who underwent unnecessary heart surgeries against Tenet, the 2nd largest owner of hospitals in the United States, and doctors who performed the surgeries. The heart fraud litigation was featured on 60 minutes narrated by Ed Bradley. After 5 years of litigation they recovered approximately $200 million for their clients. Mr. Frankel has been named a Texas Super Lawyer multiple times and has the highest Martindale Hubbell rating.
